Biography

Grace Lee holds a Diploma of Massage Therapy from The Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and is certified for Cupping Treatment.

As a young athlete, Grace competed in various sports at recreational and Canadian National levels. With rigorous training and competition in all her sports, she endured different injuries and sought rehabilitation from health care professionals. These experiences ignited her passion to help athletes and active individuals return to full participation in their sport, recreational activities, or active lifestyle.

Grace aims to help reduce unnecessary muscle tension, scar tissue and identify & correct muscle imbalances in the body. She has specialty interests in:

• Deep tissue & sports massage
• Cupping & Myofascial release techniques
• Prenatal/postnatal massage

She encompasses a healthy lifestyle by staying active and fit through endurance & agility training, crossfit, and playing in a variety of competitive and recreational sports (ie: softball, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee, snowboarding, golf, badminton, curling, and more).
